How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1–2 days after payment has been confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send your tracking details through email or message.

Estimated delivery time:
Metro Manila: 1–2 days after shipping
Provincial: 3–5 days after shipping

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, same-day delivery may be available within Metro Manila through Lalamove. This depends on the time of order, item availability, and current stock on hand.

Are the tops padded?

Yes, our tops come with padding, and the pads are removable so you can wear them based on your comfort and preference.

What size should I get?

You can find the size chart on each product page. We recommend checking the measurements before ordering to help you choose the best fit.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns, but we allow one-time size exchanges. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.

For size exchange, please send us the following details through our email or Instagram:

  • Order number
  • Name used for the order
  • Item you want to exchange, including color and size
  • Reason for exchange
  • Preferred new size

Once received, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible to help arrange the exchange. Delivery fees for exchanges will be shouldered by the customer.

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for items that have been damaged due to fitting, washing, altering, wearing, or stains such as makeup, deodorant, or other marks.
